A simple recipe, we know, but one your kids will eat no matter what!

SERVINGS
6-8

INGREDIENTS
1 whole wheat pizza crust
1 cup soy cheese, cubed
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced and mixed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped garden basil

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 475 degrees and put your baking sheet in the oven.

Spread the tomatoes all over the pizza crust and then top with the soy cheese and garlic and oil. Add a little salt.

Bake for about 15 minutes then sprinkle on the basil and some black pepper.
