Plum Organics is recalling baby and toddler pouch products within its Baby Stage 2, Tots Mish Mash and Kids lines after discovering a manufacturing defect that may cause spoilage in some pouches. Recalled products can be identified by the “Best By” dates ranging from 08/05/14 to 12/08/14 and the letters “AT.” Consumers can find a list of affected products, and detailed instructions for identifying the products at plumorganics.com/Nov13Recall.pdf. (Note: The photo accompanying this article does not show all products recalled.)

Do not feed pouches affected by the recall to your children.

If you identify a recalled product in your pantry, you can claim a product replacement voucher one of three ways:

Fill out this online form.

Send an email to info@plumorganics.com with subject line, “Replacement Voucher,” and the following information: first & last name, full address (street, apt #, city, state, zip code), phone number, Best By date, and number of affected pouches.

Call the Plum Organics Consumer Hotline at 866-495-3774. (You may also call to ask questions or verify whether or not you have a recalled product in your possession.)
